pkgame Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules & Fair Play

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("the Player") and pkgame ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing pkgame — whether through the website at pkgame.wine, the Android mobile app, or any other platform interface — you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms in full.

These Terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming page, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and pkgame. Using the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

To register and use pkgame, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You must not be acting on behalf of, or depositing funds for, any third party.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from pkgame for any reason.

pkgame reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time. If satisfactory verification is not provided within a reasonable timeframe, the account may be suspended and withdrawals withheld pending review. This policy exists to protect younger users and maintain the integrity of the platform for all players.

Each player is permitted one registered account on pkgame. Duplicate accounts — regardless of whether different payment methods, email addresses or phone numbers are used — are prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, pkgame reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withhold any balances pending investigation.

When registering, you must provide accurate and truthful information. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date. Providing false information at registration — including a false date of birth — is a serious violation of these Terms.

• Keep your password confidential at all times. Do not share it with anyone.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Notify pkgame immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Do not allow any other person to use your account to play or transact.

pkgame will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to maintain the security of their credentials.

All financial transactions on pkgame are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and debit/credit cards. Mobile wallet transactions are also supported where available.

Deposits: Funds deposited must belong to you and must come from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts may be reversed and the depositing account suspended. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are listed on the Deposit page.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever possible. pkgame may request identity or payment verification before processing a withdrawal. This is a standard procedure and is not an indication of any problem with your account. Withdrawal processing times vary by method:

• JazzCash and Easypaisa: typically processed within a few hours during business hours.
• Raast: same-day processing on business days when requested before the daily cutoff.
• Bank transfer: 1–2 business days depending on the receiving bank.

pkgame does not charge players a fee for standard withdrawals. Any charges applied by the player's own bank or mobile wallet provider are outside pkgame's control.

pkgame offers four main game categories: Fish Games, Bingo, Live Casino and Sports. Each category operates under its own in-game rules, which are displayed within the relevant game or section. By participating in any game, you agree to those game-specific rules in addition to these general Terms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited across all game categories:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any third-party tools to interact with games or gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors in your favour. Any winnings resulting from known or exploited bugs will be voided.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in Bingo rooms or Live Casino tables.
• Placing bets designed to circumvent bonus wagering requirements rather than genuine gameplay.
• Any form of match-fixing or insider information abuse in Sports betting markets.

pkgame monitors gameplay patterns to identify irregular activity. Accounts flagged for suspicious behaviour will be reviewed, and confirmed violations will result in account suspension and forfeiture of related winnings.

The pkgame Sports section covers Cricket (including Pakistan Super League, T20 internationals and ODI series), Football and Esports. Live betting markets are available during matches, allowing players to bet on ongoing events in real time.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after placement unless the market is specifically offered with a cash-out or edit feature.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed or voided by the relevant sporting authority, pkgame reserves the right to void related bets and return stakes to player balances.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and are displayed at the time of bet placement.
• pkgame's decision on the settlement of any disputed bet is final, subject to review by the support team where a genuine error is identified.
• Arbitrage betting — deliberately exploiting differences in odds to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome — is not permitted and bets of this nature may be voided.

pkgame updates Cricket markets to align with the Pakistan cricket calendar. During PSL season and major international series, additional markets and enhanced coverage will be available in the Sports section.

pkgame may offer bonuses, promotional credits or free play opportunities from time to time. Each promotion will have its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, expiry periods and minimum deposit conditions. Those promotion-specific terms apply in addition to these general Terms.

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household and per device. Claiming the same bonus across multiple accounts is prohibited.
• Bonus funds must typically be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements are stated on each promotion.
• pkgame reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted in and met the conditions before a cancellation will not be affected retroactively.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means — including the use of duplicate accounts or false information — will be forfeited without notice.

• Do not attempt to disrupt the experience of other players through any means, including spamming chat functions or sharing misleading information.
• Any attempt to access pkgame systems beyond normal player access — including attempting to probe for vulnerabilities — is prohibited and may be treated as a legal matter.
• Players must not use the platform for any purpose connected with money laundering or the proceeds of criminal activity. Any suspicious transactions will be reported as required.

pkgame reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account where there is reason to believe these Terms have been violated. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Provision of false registration information, including underage registration.
• Duplicate account creation.
• Fraudulent payment activity.
• Exploitation of game bugs or use of automated tools.
• Abusive conduct toward other users or staff.
• Any activity that indicates money laundering or financial fraud.

Where an account is suspended, any bonus balances will be forfeited. Real-money balances may be withheld pending investigation and returned if the investigation concludes in the player's favour. pkgame will communicate the reason for any suspension to the player where it is appropriate to do so.

Players may also close their own account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Any remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment method after standard verification.

pkgame provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to keep the service running reliably, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or circumstances outside our control may cause temporary downtime.

• pkgame is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors or delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers.
